- February 13, 2015 – U of L Event and Conference Center at Shelby Campus, Louisville, KY
- February 11, 2015 – Teacher Leaders from the following districts: Cloverport, Daviess, Owensboro, Simpson, & Union AND other Teacher Leaders who cannot attend on either February 12 or February 13 and prefer this date.
- February 12, 2015 – Teacher Leaders from the following districts: Adair, Campbellsville, Caverna, Hart, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Taylor, & West Point AND other Teacher Leaders who cannot attend on either February 11 or February 13 and prefer this date.
- February 13, 2015 – Teacher Leaders from the following districts: Carroll, Henry, Owen, Shelby, Spencer, & Trimble AND other Teacher Leaders who cannot attend on either February 11 or February 12 and prefer this date.
- Develop foundational knowledge and skills of student-centered learning across CoP Domains (i.e., Digital Natives, Real-World Application, and Student Empowerment).
- Network with Teacher Leaders to acquire information that supports the development of personalized learning environments.
- Cultivate a community of practitioners who engage in problem-solving, create links between learning and practice, and develop a shared repertoire of resources.
Why Should We Attend:
During Learning Forum II, Teacher Leaders will “domain-dip” by participating in Knowledge Lab sessions that focus their learning on the two Communities of Practice domains that are not the domain of their primary focus. That is,
- Teacher Leaders whose primary focus is Digital Natives will attend sessions designed to increase their understanding of the
- Real-World Application domain
- Student Empowerment domain
- Teacher Leaders whose primary focus is Real-World Application will attend sessions designed to increase their understanding of the
- Digital Natives domain
- Student Empowerment domain
- Teacher Leaders whose primary focus is Student Empowerment will attend sessions designed to increase their understanding of the
- Digital Natives domain
- Real-World Application domain
