Project-Based Learning 101:  A Three-Day Workshop for Teachers and Leaders

Three Opportunities in Summer 2015


  • June 24-26, 2015 – Hardin County Board of Education, 65 W.A. Jenkins Road, Elizabethtown, KY – 8:30-3:30 (EDT) Registration and light breakfast at 8:00 am (this workshop is full)
  • July 8-10, 2015 – Carroll Knicely Conference Center, 654 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, KY – 8:30-3:30 (CDT) Registration and light breakfast at 8:00 am
  • July 8-10, 2015 – Owensboro City Schools Central Office, Owensboro, KY – 8:30-3:30 (EDT) Registration and light breakfast at 8:00 am
  • Leaders and teachers interested in implementing Project-Based Learning across grade levels, or individual classrooms
  • It is recommended schools send teams of at least two teachers and at least one leader
  • Generate a project plan that receives formative feedback from both participants and Buck Institute National Faculty
  • Receive a copy of Buck Institute’s PBL 101 workbook
