The Leader in Me

The Leader in Me is a whole-school transformation model developed by Franklin Covey. The model has been shown to improve student performance across all subjects.

The Leader in Me is based on The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and produces transformational results such as higher academic achievement, fewer discipline problems, and increased engagement among teachers and parents. The Leader in Me equips students with the self-confidence and skills they need to thrive in the 21st-century economy.

Developed for elementary and middle schools, The Leader in Me first engages the adults in the school and asks them to understand a new way of reaching their students. But to do this first requires change in THEIR personal habits so that they begin to live and model for their students. FranklinCovey expert trainers and coaches are skilled at carefully working to establish a “culture of leadership” in each building.
